What happens when a premium wiki is downgraded to a free basic wiki?

This is also known as "canceling premium service".

 

• PBwiki will not delete your files, even if you're over quota. Your file space will be reduced to the basic free level, preventing further uploads if your wiki is over that limit. However, you won't lose your files - we wouldn't do that to you!
• Advanced permissions will be disabled, so only the single admin password works.
• SSL for private wikis will be disabled except during login.
• Domain mapping ( yourdomain.com => yourwiki.pbwiki.com) will stop working.
• Locked pages will remain locked but other pages will not be lockable.
• Custom wiki.css will be disabled.
• Hidden pages will unhide.
• Wiki stats will be disabled.
• Custom acceptable use policy will be ignored.
• Ads will be enabled for non-educational wikis if they are public.
• The Custom Favicon will be ignored.
• Full zip backup will become unavailable, but the normal current version backups will still be there.

If you used a credit card or check to pay for the service, you should email us by going to your wiki and clicking on the "help" link at the top of the page. Please remember to use the email address that is registered as the administrator for that wiki.
